Eskridge Honda has an opening for a Service Advisor.

Responsibilities

• Meeting and greeting customers
• Initiate automotive maintenance and repairs by discussing with customers the services desired
• Determine and recommend needed maintenance based on age, mileage and vehicle history
• Accurately generate repair orders, including estimates of cost for labor and parts
• Review vehicle inspections/estimates and recommend proper vehicle care
• Coordinating maintenance/repair progress
• Handling after service delivery
• Resolving customer concerns
• Maintain monthly CSE at district average or higher
• Work as a team with other advisors to ensure a smooth process for customers
• Meet montly sales goals 

Work week is Monday through Saturday. Advisors work every other Saturday and earn a day off to be used during the week. We are open 7-6 Monday through Friday and Saturday 7:30-1:00.

We are looking for someone that has great people and communication skills, organized, self-motivated and energetic. Spanish speaking is a plus.

Position is full-time employment.

Pay: $3000 salary plus tiered commission for non-experienced individual

$4000 salary plus, tiered commision for more than 2 years experience

Must have valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

This job requires operation of a motor vehicle and therefore is classified as Safety-Sensitive work.
